PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY.

Gayle Eden and Eve Asbury books are protected by copyright, and filed with the LOC. The author’s novels published by e publisher, are also copyrighted, and covered under those legal (IP and Copyright) protections. In the case where all/exclusive rights rest with the author, and revised or 2nd editions are published by Alinar Publishing-or in print or e book through Air Castle books, those editions are the only legal copies of Gayle Eden/Eve Asbury novels under that title. These editions will have a different cover- and with the exception of (fair use) where archived reviews or critiques have the old covers and information listed, no retail site or publisher should have these books for sale, or actively linked to the previous publisher. 2nd editions will be clearly linked to Fictionwise and their stores, and Alinar Publishing, print copies through Air Castle Books. They will have a cover that is displayed on this site www.evesromance.com

To date Eve Asbury publishes one novel through Champagne Books: Fall from Grace. Two-soon to be three, through Whiskey Creek Press: One Hot Summer, Southern Moon and Falling For You. In the coming months you will see revised versions of various Gayle Eden/Eve Asbury books and 2nd editions published through Alinar Publishing, and having new covers. These will be the only legal copies of Gayle Eden Eve Asbury novels under the previous titles. This site will have clear links to Alinar publishing and Fictionwise, the print store, for those books.

Any book sold by other retail sites bearing the author’s name and that title, under the previous cover--is in violation of copyright, and should not have active purchase links or display links, price and so forth, accessible to the public. No such licenses or rights have been granted and therefore any violations will be treated as infringement/ Unlicensed use. Aside from this notice the author reminds the reader that Piracy is a crime, and file sharing systems are prohibited on e books. Only authorized vendors may sell copies of e books. ”resell“ of copyrighted material (reproducing the book from (a purchased copy) file/ for downloads-profit) is a serious violation. ie: dispay in an on line catalogue file, distribute to the public, or otherwise resell (reproduce) copies of e books for private or commercial gain.
